Uses Cycore effects which are installed by standard inside of after effects or can be found on the installation DVD .

All light fog comps are 250 frames long to fit most needs.

You can render out the effects without any footage and use them im other packages such as FCP , Avid, Nuke etc. and blend them over your footage there.
