i have element 3d installed, but not optical. and when i open the project, nothing happens, the bottle doesn't animate. it's not on the timeline either. is it a problem of the not installed optical?

from what I understand from the author, the problem is solved by uploading the .obj file from 3D element. I tried but the file once loaded does not appear in the timeline
