GEOlayers 2 lets you browse and animate maps directly in After Effects.
It connects After Effects to imagery tile servers for up-to-date maps. It also provides direct access to all kinds of geospatial features of the world. Like this you can easily draw buildings to After Effects shape layers, highlight certain country borders, streets, lakes, rivers, places, label regions, animate routes, extrude buildings... whatever you’ll need. 


GEOlayers 2 comes with 14 default Server Profiles each one representing a certain map style. All of them can be used for free! All you need to do is attribute the provider. GEOlayers also does this for you. Thats not all. You can add your own ones. Use the Universal API to connect to common imagebased tileservers or create a map style in minutes with the Stamen Mapstack API. Mapbox is also fully supported. Get yourself an account there and bring all its advantages to After Effects.

1. Copy the GEOlayers2 folder to the following location (create a new one manually without CEP or extensions):
C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Common Files \ Adobe \ CEP \ extensions \
2.WIN + R, enter regedit, open the registry
3. Locate the following location HKEY_CURRENT_USER / SOFTWARE / Adobe / CSXS.7, (CSXS.7 / CSXS.6 / CSXS.5 / CSXS.4, respectively CC2015.3 / CC2015 / CC2014 / CC, and so on, ), Right to create a new string value, named PlayerDebugMode, and the data into 1, double-click to modify
4. Turn on AE and check Allow read and write access to the network
6. In the Window window pull-down menu Extension will be able to see the script

or join our group and ask others.

Thanks but didn't work I used the method but I don't have the CEP file. I use CC2017.1
I already tried the last two step with the hotscript.jsxbin file in the rar of this pack of geolayers2 aaaand it doesn't work.

you have to right click and then click "new string" then name it "PlayerDebugMode" with a value of 1
tell me what your version of after effects is and ill just make you a regkey
